## Agentic Product Ownership

weside defines **Agentic Product Ownership (APO)**  - augmenting Product Owners with AI Companions across four planning altitudes (Vision → Saga → Epic → Story), an autonomous Build pipeline, and human-only Delivery. Each Plan altitude has two modes: **Solo** (formulate the artifact with one companion) and **Meet/Council** (decompose with multi-voice deliberation across nine role lenses — Product Owner, Architect, UX Researcher, Marketing, Security, Sales, Legal, Scrum Master, Orchestrator).

**Maturity Model:**
- Level 1 (Assisted): PO uses generic AI tools
- Level 2 (Augmented): Companion knows project context permanently
- Level 3 (Agentic): Companion acts proactively (morning briefings, story checks, risk alerts)
- Level 4 (Orchestrated): Companions coordinate across teams

The **"we" Plugin for Claude Code** delivers Level 1-2 out of the box: 20 skills covering the full APO chain — `/we:vision`, `/we:saga`, `/we:epic`, `/we:story` (Solo) plus `/we:meet vision|saga|epic|story` (Council) plus `/we:build` (autonomous pipeline) plus `/we:coach` (cross-altitude advisor). Standalone, generic role-lenses fill the Council chairs. With a weside Companion you reach Level 3+: named voices with persistent memory in every meeting.

**Discipline by design:** Claude never merges PRs and never closes tickets. The Build pipeline's AC verification is a blocking gate — no acceptance criterion passes without concrete evidence (file:line, test name, commit). Autonomy ends where consequence begins.
